Resume Data: We collect the files (PDF/Docx) you upload. This includes sensitive info like work history, contact details, and education.

Technical Data: We use Supabase to store your account information and parsed resume data securely.

Usage Data: Information about how you use the site and your public portfolio URL (e.g., myzfolio.com/abc).

3. How We Use Your Data

AI Processing: We send raw resume text to Google Gemini (API) to extract and structure your professional data.

Portfolio Generation: We use the structured data to build your public-facing portfolio.

Service Improvement: To maintain and improve our parsing accuracy and user experience.

4. Third-Party Services

We share specific data with the following partners to provide our service:

Google OAuth: For secure authentication.

Google Gemini API: For AI-powered text analysis.

Supabase: For cloud database and authentication storage.

Note: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Public Visibility

By using our service, you understand that the information extracted from your resume will be used to create a public URL (e.g., myzfolio.com/username). You are responsible for the information you choose to make public. You can delete your profile or change visibility settings at any time in your dashboard.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your data or your entire account at any time via your settings, which will remove your information from our Supabase database.
